Nomaan Yousef, Senior Partner

Nomaan Yousef is Senior Partner, serving clients in internet, advertising, manufacturing and  retail. Mr. Yousef served as the Chief Financial Officer for Nervous Tattoo Inc. (Ed Hardy) from January 2010 thru December 2013.

In addition, Mr. Yousef served as Chief Financial Officer, Treasurer and Secretary for CYGNE Designs Inc., NASDAQ listed company (CYDS) from June 2008 thru December 2009. Mr. Yousef’s extensive apparel industry experience includes serving as Chief Financial Officer of Blue Concept, LLC and Chief Accounting Officer for Innovo Group Inc., NASDAQ listed company, which is now known as Joe’s Jeans, Inc., where he handled the financial and treasury functions.

Mr. Yousef received his B.A. degree in Accounting from California State University (San Bernardino) and holds a B.Comm from Punjab University, Pakistan.

Evan Hoover, Senior Partner.

Evan Hoover is an experienced senior finance and accounting executive with a proven track record of building and transforming successful accounting and finance functions in high growth businesses.  

Mr. Hoover has over twenty-five years leading finance roles, serving in successful fashion and consumer product companies like Ed Hardy, EMAK Worldwide, ERGObaby Carriers, and more. Currently he is the Director of Planning and Analysis at ERGObaby Carriers, a premier designer, marketer and distributor of wearable baby carriers and related baby wearing products.

Mr. Hoover served as the Financial Controller for Nervous Tattoo Inc. (Ed Hardy) from April 2008 thru April 2011, where he was in charge of financial reporting and budgeting of all company activities, including responsibility for managing all compliance audits for all Licensee and Royalty agreements.  The compliance and audit work involved more than 80 agreements, retail stores, e-commerce, and wholesale operations in the United States and Europe. 

In addition, Mr. Hoover served as Director of Finance at EMAK Worldwide, Inc., NASDAQ listed company, from December 1998 thru March 2008, where his duties included compliance and audit management of all license properties.  

Mr. Hoover is a CPA and received his M.B.A. degree in Finance from University of Southern California and holds a B.S. from Brigham Young University.
